What We Offer
From first concept to ready-to-manufacture output — Aligned Concepts delivers precision at every stage of the design and engineering process.
Service 01
Full parametric 3D modeling built to production standards in Autodesk Fusion.
We build fully parametric CAD models that hold up through design revisions, client reviews, and manufacturing handoffs. Every part is modeled with design intent — clean history trees, organized bodies, and geometry that performs the same way in CAM as it does on screen.
Whether it's a single custom component or a complex multi-body assembly, we deliver models structured for the real world: revision-friendly, manufacture-ready, and completely documented.

Service 02
Capture existing parts and surfaces as accurate, workable CAD geometry.
When you need to work from a physical part rather than a drawing, scanning is the starting point. We process scan data into clean, accurate CAD geometry — giving you a foundation that reflects the real object, not an approximation.
Scanning is essential for reverse engineering legacy components, capturing organic surfaces that can't be dimensioned by hand, or creating a digital baseline for modification and redesign. We deliver usable models, not raw point clouds.

Service 03
Final production-ready output — geometry, documentation, and file packages built for the shop floor.
A design isn't finished until it's manufacturable. We take your approved geometry through a final production pass — resolving tolerances, applying manufacturing constraints, and delivering a complete file package that goes directly to your fabricator, CNC operator, or 3D print provider without rework.
Everything is verified against your manufacturing process: wall thicknesses, draft angles, toolpath clearances, and material callouts are all confirmed before the package leaves our hands.

How We Work
Direct conversation about your project — deliverables, timeline, and constraints. No intake forms.
We model in Fusion or capture your existing part via 3D scanning — whichever fits the project.
Production-ready files, verified and packaged for your fabricator, CNC operator, or print provider.
Tell us about your project and we'll respond within one business day.
